Maybe it helps, check, or change right away the small sizes of electrolite capacitors located at the main circuit (not on the modular section of the P/S). If you keep the P/S in front of you with the AC input at the left-down, then the upper left corner you will see one or more capacitors, focus on the small ones, but sometimes even the large ones may fail. The small ones can even leak which you can see easily.
