Thanks for this cool and detailed review. I thought I would not find an up-to-date comparison since both X and Divi had recent updates, and your post came right when I needed it. П™‚ Since you seem to know both themes, I have a question: I’m currently in the process of redesigning a website and I was doing it with the brand new Divi 2.4. Blaupunkt Software Update Fernseher. Unfortunately, I ran into a few difficulties: it seems that you cannot easily customize posts without having to define a global module and use it on every post (including the existing ones, of course). I wish there was a template system included in Divi to do it once and see it automaticaly applied to all my existing posts (without having to edit them one by one):-/ From what I understood, X can do that. Can you confirm this?

Another question about X: do you know if it possible to mix different stacks in a single site. For example, if I want my front page to look like Integrity and the rest of the pages to look more like Ethos, is that possible, or do I necessarily have to choose one stack againt the other one? It’s hard to find anwsers to those questions without buying both themes, do I hope you’lle be able to help me with those questions. Thanks in advance. Thank you for this! I’ve recently used both Divi and X for two different clients and I’m pleased with both. However, I prefer the ease of use that the Divi Builder provides over Cornerstone I’m also not really a fan of VC (don’t shoot me!) I planned on purchasing the one-time lifetime with Elegant themes, but was not impressed that ALOT of the 86 themes aren’t RESPONSIVE I can understand why, they’ve been around for some time, but then again, I think that will be much better IMHO if they updated ALL the offered themes to be responive/mobile friendly in some way sans the premium mobile plugin they offer.
Divi is an incredibly versatile WordPress Theme with a Drag & Drop Page Builder that makes it easier than ever to build beautiful WordPress websites.
In any case, thank you for this guide, it was extremely thorough and I appreciate it. Thanks for such a thorough review! I’ve built a couple of sites with X Theme (Cornerstone), and while I absolutely LOVE the visual drag and drop builder, there are some reasons I’ll likely be switching to Divi for future sites For example, you set what your buttons look like in the customizer, via a global setting. Meaning ALL buttons sitewide look exactly the same. In order to style one differently, you need a good working knowledge of css I spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out and eventually gave up (and I’ve got basic programming knowledge). Would much prefer to click on a color palette, change the style and call it a day I shouldn’t need to call a programmer to change the color of a button.
